The Zigen Fund was founded in New York in 1988 by a group of Chinese-American professionals and was registered as a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization in the United States. To provide people-to-people assistance for grassroots development in rural China, and to help the poor and underprivileged meet their basic needs.  2.
